Returns

  • The product will be inspected upon receipt to verify the reported issue.

We do not accept returns for products that are free from defects or have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Refunds are available only for products confirmed to be defective or damaged.

Exchanges

Yes, we accept exchanges for products that are defective or damaged.

If you receive a defective or damaged item and would like a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. After verification, we will arrange an exchange for the same product, subject to availability.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved because the product is defective or damaged, Shark Hub will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that are not defective or damaged are not eligible for return or refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.
